Kelly Getz has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. She has an extensive background with federal grants which include HIDTA, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas.  The HIDTA grant is run by the Office of National Drug Control Policy, which is an office of the White House.  She had received her bachelor’s degree as well as her master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  Kelly was raised in a military family and has traveled extensively her entire life.  She is a wife and  mother and has lived in El Paso for over 30 years and has very strong ties to the community.
